Yes. We are the only certified AOC carrier in Warsaw for sightseeing flights in a Cessna - certificate PL-076 issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. What certificates does the company have?
AOC PL-076 Certificate (Air Operator Certificate) – the highest safety standard for commercial flights in Poland. The aircraft undergoes regular technical inspections in accordance with regulations. EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency), including service CAMO Part-145 (Continuing Airworthiness).
Who is the pilot? What experience do they have?
The pilot is Aleksander Domalewski — owner of the company. Licensed ATPL (Airline Transport Pilot License) with thousands of hours in the air. He flies business jets professionally. Embraer Praetor 600 around the world. He treats sightseeing flights as a passion—he knows the Cessna cabin like his own home.
What plane do we fly?
Cessna 172 Reims Rocket — 4-seater plane (1 pilot + 3 passengers) with engine Rolls-Royce/Continental IO-360, 210 HP. After a complete overhaul in 2019, it is the best-equipped example of its type in Poland. Registration number SP-OKS — the pilot's personal airplane. What if the pilot decides it's not safe to fly?
Safety is the absolute priority—the pilot has the final say. If weather, technical, or any other conditions are deemed unsafe on the day of the flight, we postpone the flight free of charge for another date. The voucher remains valid, cost PLN 0.
Voucher and purchase
How long is the voucher valid for?
12 months from the date of purchase. During this time, you can fly on any previously arranged date. If for any reason you are unable to use your voucher within this period, please contact us and we will try to help. We also welcome late registrations, provided fuel, service, and airport prices haven't changed significantly.
What types of vouchers are there?
Three to choose from - click preview, to see a picture of the box:
They all contain the same voucher with the same terms and conditions of redemption – they only differ in packaging.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Yes, this is the most common scenario. Most customers buy vouchers as gifts for anniversaries, birthdays, Father's/Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and Christmas. Can I transfer my voucher to another person?
Yes - the voucher is not personal. You can give it to anyone or travel with anyone as a passenger. The voucher contains only the number and purchase date—no recipient information.
Can I return the voucher?
According to Polish consumer law you have right to a refund unused voucher within 14 days from purchase (Applies to online purchases). After this period, returns are reviewed individually—we always strive to find a solution. Contact us at info@lotywidokowe.net.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes. When ordering, select "I need an invoice" and provide your company details (Tax Identification Number, name, address). The invoice is issued and sent via email after payment.
Reservation and weather
How do I book a flight?
After purchasing the voucher you open it online check-in (link in email) - you will find it there calendar of planned flights for the coming weeks, or even months. Select a free date, enter your passenger details. The rest—confirmations, calendar entries, Apple/Google Wallet pass—is handled automatically.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Standard a week in advance — then we can be sure that we will set the flight to suit the weather. But we are flexible — If we have a seat available closer to the date, we also fly at shorter notice. Check the calendar in online check-in or call: +48 519 737 894.
What if the weather is bad?
We transfer your flight free of charge. Safety is our priority—we don't fly in bad conditions. We confirm your flight. twice: one week before the planned date, and a second time 1-2 days before after analyzing weather forecasts and airspace availability. If necessary, we will arrange a new date - the voucher remains valid.
Can I change the date?
Yes, free of charge. If you can't make it on your scheduled date, please call or email us and we'll arrange a new one. The voucher is valid for 12 months, so you have plenty of time.
Can I schedule a special time of day – sunrise or sunset?
Yes, if we have availability on a given date. Sunrise, sunset, or special hours—we can accommodate. When booking, please add a note with your preferred time. (In the future, we're planning a separate "golden hour flight" package with an additional fee—for now, there's no extra charge.)
Flight day
What does a sightseeing flight look like step by step?
- You are arriving at Babice airport — 10 minutes from the center of Warsaw
- Briefing with the pilot — will tell you about the plane, the route and the course of the flight
- You get in and put on your aviation headphones. — the same as airline pilots
- Start — taxiing, engine, wheels detach from the runway
- Flight — 15/30/45/60 minutes over Warsaw (Palace of Culture, Vistula River, National Stadium, Old Town and much more)
- Landing — gentle, like on a small plane
- Farewell — souvenir photos, short conversation

How long does the entire visit to the airport take?
Approximately 60 minutes regardless of flight time. This consists of:
- Arrival and briefing: 10–15 min
- Taxiing and takeoff: 5–10 min
- Sightseeing flight: 15–60 min (depending on the chosen option)
- Landing and farewell: 10–15 min
Make a reservation 1–1.5 hours for the entire visit.
What to take with you?
- Identity card
- Voucher — on your phone or printed
- Comfortable clothes (comfortable temperature in the cabin, but it is worth adjusting to the time of day)
- Sunglasses — the sun in the air can dazzle
- Phone or camera — for photos
You will receive aviation headphones on site.
How to dress?
Comfortable and in layers. Closed, full-length shoes. No loose scarves or hats. No special equipment required—no skills or preparation required.
Passengers and restrictions
How many people fly on one plane?
The Cessna 172 carries a pilot and up to 3 passengers. We offer:
- 1 person (+ 2 other people from another order - we combine flights into groups)
- 2 people (+ 1 other person from another order)
- 3 people (pack) — the whole family/group of friends, the plane for you
- For Two — exclusive plane (romantic flight), price for 3 people
What if I buy a flight for 1 or 2 people - when will it fly?
We connect you to one flight with other passengers. That's why we set the date together – in online check-in, you see a calendar of planned flights and join the group. If you prefer to have your own plane without waiting for the group, choose package for 3 people or flight "For Two"„.
Can children fly? From what age?
Yes - we welcome children from 4 years of age (with written consent from a parent or guardian). Children under 12 fly with an adult guardian on board. Our pilot regularly flies with his 6-year-old daughter—we treat children with the utmost care and they are usually delighted.
What are the weight restrictions?
The Cessna 172 has a maximum takeoff weight limit (MTOW). In practice:
- Recommended passenger weight: down 110 kg
- Total weight of 3 passengers: down 250 kg (i.e. 110 + 90 + 50)
- If someone in the group weighs significantly more than 110 kg, it is possible 2 seats instead of 3 — we'll arrange it before the flight

Are there any growth limits?
Maximum passenger height: 200 cm. Above that, the Cessna 172's cockpit is too small. There's no minimum height requirement—children aged 4 and over with a guardian can fly without issue.
Can people with a fear of heights or motion sickness fly?
Yes, but it's worth knowing:
- The plane flies stably at low altitudes (300–600 m) — turbulence is rarely felt
- Particularly sensitive people - please take a tablet before the flight
- Fear of heights: you feel different on a plane than on a balcony - most people don't have a problem with anxiety
- We do not recommend this flight to people with serious heart conditions, epilepsy or recent ear surgery - if in doubt, consult your doctor

What do I see from the air?
Depends on the length of the flight:
- 15 min: Vistula River, Siekierkowski Bridge, Old Town, Palace of Culture, National Stadium
- 30 mins: Warsaw city center, Świętokrzyski Bridge, Kępa Zawadzka, Józefów nad Wisłą
- 45 mins: Warsaw, Kampinos Park, Zegrze Reservoir
- 60 mins: Full loop - Warsaw, Kampinos, Modlin Fortress, 360° panorama
Can I take photos or videos during the flight?
Yes - and we encourage you to do so. Phone, camera, GoPro—all in hand, no limits. It's comfortable to take photos through the windows of a Cessna 172. Best shots: the Palace of Culture and Science from above, the Vistula River arch, the Old Town from a bird's eye view.
Does the pilot speak English?
Yes. Pre-flight briefing and in-flight communication via headsets in English—if requested by the passenger. Please advise when booking.
Are there flights with acrobatics?
NO. We conduct leisurely, scenic flights with photography. The Cessna 172 is designed for this type of flight—stable and comfortable. No acrobatics, no sudden maneuvers.
Airport and access
How far is Babice Airport from Warsaw city center?
Warsaw-Babice Airport (EPBC) located in the district Bemowo, at ul. Gen. Sylwester Kaliski 57. From the center:
- About 10 minutes by car (10 km)
- About 15 minutes from the Central Station by car
- About 30 minutes by public transport
How to get there by public transport?
- Buses: 149 and 523 (Głowackiego stop)
- Trams: 20 along Kaliskiego Street, 23 and 28 to the Piastów Śląskich loop (approx. 10 min walk)
Is there parking?
Yes - free parking at Babice Airport, under the tower. There are plenty of spaces, so parking is easy. You can also conveniently arrive by car.
