Regulations for Sightseeing Flights

§ 1.
General provisions

1. The Regulations define the mutual obligations of the Organizer, Operator and Passenger in the scope of performing the sightseeing flight service in accordance with applicable regulations.

2. For the purposes of the Regulations, the following definitions are adopted:

and) Commander – pilot-in-command designated by an authorized person of the Operator for a specific flight.

b) landing site – an object entered in the Register of landing sites kept by the President of the Civil Aviation Authority.

c) Sightseeing flight – a flight within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 379/2014 of 7 April 2014, i.e. a paid flight in which take-off and landing take place at the same place.

d) Airport – facility entered in the Register of Civil Airports maintained by the President of the Civil Aviation Authority.

e) Voucher Purchaser – a person purchasing a Voucher who is not also a Passenger.

f) Operator – R-AVIA sp. z o. o., Brogi 2, 95-082 Dobroń, NIP: 731-20-767-26, REGON: 522129296, KRS: 0000974104.

g) Passenger – any person who, based on a purchased voucher or an entitlement arising from another legal relationship (e.g. an agreement with another entity), is entitled to travel on a flight as a passenger.

h) Voucher – printed confirmation of purchase of the Sightseeing Flight service.

3. Each Passenger is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Regulations.

4. The Operator performs Sightseeing Flights in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 3 July 2002 – Aviation Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1580, hereinafter referred to as: „Aviation Law”) as well as the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 379/2014 and Regulation (EU) No 965/2012 of 5 October 2012.

5. The operator may perform take-offs and landings from airports and landing sites, including water landing sites.

6. The Operator complies with the flight rules specified in the Regulations.

§ 2.
Voucher reservation and sale

1. Vouchers may be purchased directly from the Organizer or from an authorized intermediary that is bound by an appropriate agreement with the Operator. The Organizer is not responsible for the activities of other entities that do not have its authorization and are not bound by agreements with it to process Voucher sales.

2. The sale of the Voucher takes place at the time of payment for the selected variant of the offer presented by the Operator.

3. The sale of the Voucher may take place by:

a) Payments directly to the Organizer at the cash register or to the bank account provided by him,

b) Payments in the electronic sales system,

c) Payments to an intermediary authorized by the Organizer.

4. Proof of sale is receipt of confirmation of payment or the Voucher itself in paper or electronic form.

§ 3.
Voucher Redemption

1. A valid Voucher entitles the passenger to take a Sightseeing Flight as part of the Organizer's activities, on the terms specified in the offer and on the Voucher.

2. A voucher is valid if it appears as paid in the Organizer's system and has not been previously used. The voucher becomes invalid if the Sightseeing Flight is canceled or abandoned in violation of the Regulations.

3. The voucher covers the type of Sightseeing Flight specified in the contract. The voucher is redeemable to the bearer. If the purchaser of the voucher is not a Passenger, the purchaser is obligated to convey the obligations arising from the Regulations to the Passenger.

4. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After the voucher expires, the Organizer is not obligated to provide any services to the Passenger, and the Passenger is not entitled to any claims against the Organizer in connection with the Sightseeing Flight.

5. Passengers can book a Sightseeing Flight by contacting the Organizer using the contact details provided on the Voucher. The date of the Sightseeing Flight will depend on weather conditions, as well as the operational and technical capabilities of the Operator and the airport from which the flight departs.

§ 4.
Change of date and cancellation of Sightseeing Flights

1. The Passenger may cancel the scheduled Sightseeing Flight no later than 5 days before the scheduled date. Meeting this deadline entitles the Passenger to change the date of the Sightseeing Flight, but this change may occur no more than twice.

2. Cancellation of the Sightseeing Flight after the deadline specified in § 3 section 4 or failure to show up at the agreed date without cancellation is equivalent to the redemption of the Voucher.

3. The Organizer may cancel the Sightseeing Flight due to:

a) Unfavorable meteorological conditions,

b) Technical faults,

c) Indisposition of persons required to carry out the Sightseeing Flight,

d) Other circumstances negatively affecting the level of safety, including changes in the airspace structure, lack of availability of a selected airport or landing site.

4. The Organizer may cancel the Sightseeing Flight for other important reasons that do not affect the level of safety of the flight operation but are related to the subject of the Organizer's activities.

5. Cancellation of the Sightseeing Flight in the situations specified in paragraphs 3 and 4 obligates the Organizer to schedule a new date for the Sightseeing Flight. The new date will be agreed individually with the Passenger, or a calendar of available dates will be published on the Operator's website.

6. In the event of cancellation or change of the date of the Sightseeing Flight for the reasons indicated in paragraphs 3 and 4, the Organizer is not obliged to incur additional costs (accommodation, travel costs, etc.).

7. The Organizer may cancel the Sightseeing Flight due to a breach of the provisions of the Regulations by the Passenger, in particular those specified in § 8 and § 9. In such a case, the Organizer shall not be liable to the Passenger, and the Voucher shall be deemed to have been redeemed.

8. The methods of changing the dates of flights that will be performed at the request of other entities will be specified in this agreement.

§ 5.
Organization of Sightseeing Flights

1. Sightseeing flights are organized at airports and airstrips that have a runway surface and length sufficient to allow for takeoff in accordance with the aircraft's flight manual. Sightseeing flights may be conducted at water landings using aircraft adapted for water operations.

2. Take-off and landing take place at the same airport or landing site, except for emergency landings and unforeseen situations related to the need to ensure the safety of the flight operation.

3. The organisation of Sightseeing Flights must be agreed with other entities performing flight operations, and at the Airport, additionally with its manager.

4. The flight duration specified on the voucher is approximate and depends on factors such as weather conditions. If necessary to ensure the safety of the flight operation, the Commander has the right to decide to land before or after the flight duration indicated on the voucher. Any re-flight is at the Organizer's discretion, based on prevailing weather conditions.

5. Passengers are required to arrive at the agreed Sightseeing Flight location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time may result in refusal to operate the Sightseeing Flight on that day, without any financial consequences for the Organizer.

6. The person indicated by the Organizer provides the Passenger with instructions regarding:

a) The manner of conducting the flight, behavior in the air and in the aircraft cabin,

b) Materials prohibited from being carried on board an aircraft,

c) Rules of conduct in dangerous situations,

d) Moving around the airport/airfield,

e) Other issues related to the safety of flight operations.

7. Passengers must provide their current weight and, if instructed by the Commander, be weighed to calculate the mass and balance sheet. If the aircraft's loading limits are exceeded, the Commander will refuse to operate the flight, and the Organizer will not be held responsible. The maximum permissible passenger weight is:

a) For SP-OKS aircraft 100 kg;

8. A passenger may move around the airport or landing area only under the supervision of a person designated by the Organizer.

9. From the moment of boarding the aircraft until disembarking at the end of the flight, the Passenger is obligated to strictly follow all instructions given by the Commander. During taxiing to the takeoff, as well as during takeoff, flight, and landing, the Commander is authorized to make all decisions related to the execution of the flight or its termination.

10. After landing, a Passenger may only leave the aircraft after it has been stopped and the Commander has given permission. The Passenger will disembark from the airport under the supervision of a person designated by the Organizer.

§ 6.
Rules for performing Sightseeing Flights

1. Sightseeing flights are not performed:

a) When visibility is less than 2000 m or in clouds,

b) Earlier than 30 minutes before sunrise and later than 30 minutes after sunset,

c) Over densely built-up cities, settlements and human settlements or over gatherings of people in the open air at a height of less than 300 m (1000 ft) AGL,

d) Over areas other than those mentioned in point c) not less than 150 m (500 ft) AGL,

e) Above cities with a population of:

• 25,000-50,000 – not lower than 1,000 m AMSL,
• 50,000-100,000 – not lower than 1,000 m AMSL,
• Above 100,000 – not lower than 1,500 m AMSL,
• Above the capital city of Warsaw – not lower than 2000 m AMSL.

2. The restrictions specified in paragraph 1 (c)-(e) do not apply to the take-off and landing of aircraft.

3. During the Sightseeing Flight, the Commander has full authority and decision-making power.

§ 7.
Sightseeing Flight Safety

1. Passengers must wear seat belts during the Sightseeing Flight.

2. Before the start of the Sightseeing Flight, the Passenger or the Passenger’s legal guardian, if the Passenger is a minor, shall submit to the Commander or the Organizer a written declaration regarding the nature of participation in the flight, including confirmation that he or she has read the Regulations.

3. During a sightseeing flight, in the event of an emergency, the Commander may deviate from certain procedures if circumstances require it and to ensure an appropriate level of safety. This also includes the possibility of shortening the flight for reasons justifying the safety of the flight operation. In such a situation, the Passenger is not entitled to a compensation claim. However, in exceptional circumstances, the Operator may decide to repeat the flight.

§ 8.
Passenger obligations and behavior

1. The passenger is obliged to follow the Commander's instructions.

2. The passenger may not touch any devices in the aircraft or otherwise influence the actions of the Commander.

3. The Commander has the right to refuse to carry a Passenger under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Passengers may not smoke cigarettes or other tobacco products at the airport/airport.

4. Before the Sightseeing Flight, the Passenger must provide the Commander with their current weight and information about their health (hypertension, epilepsy, heart disease, mental illness, etc.).

5. It is permissible to take a camera/video camera/phone on a Sightseeing Flight, provided that these items do not hinder the Commander's duties. Only the Commander decides whether they may hinder the Commander's duties. The Operator is not responsible for items left outside the aircraft.

6. In the event of a breach of the provisions specified in paragraphs 1-5, the Commander may refuse to perform the flight operation or land earlier than planned.

7. Passengers are required to provide their personal data to the person designated by the Operator. Passengers are required to strictly follow the instructions of the Commander and the persons designated by the Operator to serve customers.

8. Minors may participate in the Sightseeing Flight only with the written consent of at least one legal guardian, or in their presence. Children under 4 years of age must be accompanied by at least one legal guardian.

§ 9.
Passenger Liability

1. The Passenger is liable for any damage caused by his/her conduct while at the airport/airfield and on the aircraft, if the damage was caused by the Passenger's violation of the Regulations.

2. The Passenger is liable for any damage suffered by the Operator as a result of an early landing in accordance with § 8, paragraph 6 of the Regulations. If the Passenger's conduct occurred before takeoff, the Commander will refuse to operate the flight and the voucher will be deemed redeemed, without the right to reschedule.

3. If the Passenger is not informed of the obligations arising from the Regulations in accordance with § 3 section 3, the purchaser of the Voucher shall be jointly and severally liable for any damages together with the Passenger.

§ 10.
OPERATOR'S liability

1. The operator is responsible for the safe execution of the flight operation in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular:

a) Carrying out the operation with a functional technical vessel,

b) Appointing a person with appropriate qualifications, aviation licenses, valid medical examinations and appropriate experience as Commander,

c) Failure to perform a sightseeing flight in the event of unfavorable weather forecasts,

d) Use of airports or landing sites permitted for air operations.

2. The Operator is responsible for carrying out the Sightseeing Flight on the agreed date, taking into account the provisions set out in § 3 section 4 of the Regulations.

3. The Operator is responsible for the Passenger's initial training in conduct on board the aircraft.

4. The operator is responsible for posting in visible places a list of materials prohibited from being carried on board the aircraft.

5. The Operator is responsible for organizing Passenger movement around the airport. In all cases, Passengers are obligated to follow the instructions and commands of persons designated by the Operator.

6. The Operator is not responsible for the failure to complete a Sightseeing Flight if it is due to reasons beyond the Operator's control. Reasons beyond the Operator's control include, in particular, meteorological conditions, technical defects of the aircraft or aircraft operating machinery, indisposition of the Commander, etc.

7. In the event of the circumstances indicated in paragraph 6, the parties will agree on an additional date for the Sightseeing Flight, and the Operator will not be obliged to incur any additional costs (accommodation, travel costs, etc.).

§ 11.
Processing of personal data

1. The administrator of personal data is the Operator.

2. The Operator processes the following types of data: personal data, contact details, and Passenger weight.

3. The data will be processed for the purpose of organizing Sightseeing Flights and calculating the weight and balance of the aircraft.

4. The basis for the processing of personal data is NCO.POL.100 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012.

5. Data may be stored for a period of 3 years after the end of the Sightseeing Flight.

6. The Passenger has the right to access, rectify, delete or limit the processing of his/her personal data, however, this does not apply to processing for the purposes of performing the Sightseeing Flight.

 § 1 General provisions

1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) define the rules for using the application LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) (hereinafter referred to as LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website)) and in particular regulates:
2. a) conditions for concluding and performing contracts;
   b) the scope of services provided within LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website);
   c) responsibility;
   d) principles and procedures for complaints.
3. Definitions of terms used in the Regulations:
4. Administrator/Data Administrator/Service Provider — company LDA Solutions sp. z o. o., Dudowizna 27, 07-308 Dudowizna, NIP: 762-201-28-21, REGON: 389343490, KRS: 0000909341 providing services electronically;
5. LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) — an application run by the Administrator that enables Users to contact the Service Provider in order to conclude contracts for services offered by the Service Provider;
6. User - a natural person who has full legal capacity and has created a User Account in order to use the services offered by the Service Provider;
7. Agreement — any contract concluded through LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) between the Service Provider and the User;
8. Service/Services — the scope of activities offered by the Service Provider to Users within the framework of LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website), as well as services provided to Users by the Administrator;
9. Side — each party to a given contract — Service Provider, User, Administrator;
10. Reservation — made available as part of LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) an interactive calendar enabling Service Users to make reservations with the Service Provider under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations;
11. Registration — completing the registration form, on the basis of which an Account is created and an agreement is concluded with the Administrator for the provision of electronic services indicated in the Regulations;
12. Account — separate part LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) secured with a login and password, made available to the User;
13. Order — the User's expression of will to conclude an agreement with the Service Provider;
14. Consumer — a natural person entering into a legal transaction with an entrepreneur that is not directly related to their business or professional activity. Under these Terms and Conditions, the provisions regarding Consumers will also apply to a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, if the content of that contract indicates that it is not of a professional nature for them, arising in particular from the subject of their business activity;
15. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of free services by the Administrator to Users related to enabling contact between Users and the Service Provider and enabling the performance of transactions within the framework of LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) Reservations and Orders.

§ 2 Conclusion of a service contract

1. As part of the conduct LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) The Administrator undertakes to provide services electronically to the extent and under the conditions specified in the Regulations.
2. LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) provides services electronically in the form of:
3. a) Account Management;
   b) Enabling the Reservation of services;
   c) Enabling the placing of Orders;
4. The contract for the provision of electronic services is concluded at the time of Registration after prior acceptance of the Regulations and Privacy Policy.
5. The agreement for the provision of electronic services is concluded for an indefinite period. The User may withdraw from the agreement at any time by deleting the Account (using the Delete Account option within LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website)).
6. A User who is a consumer within the meaning of EU law may withdraw from the contract for the provision of electronic services within 14 days of concluding the contract without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please notify the Administrator by email.
7. By creating an Account, the User expresses their consent to the processing of personal data and consent to electronic communication. All communications and notifications provided in the Terms and Conditions will be sent to the User's email address provided when creating the Account. Personal data processing within the framework of LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) are included in the Privacy Policy.

 § 3 Getting Started LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website)

1. Using LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) is free of charge. The Administrator may introduce additional paid services or functionalities within the framework of LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website). Services or functionalities that involve fees will be clearly identified within LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website).
   
   2. LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) As a mobile app, it works on mobile devices running Android 6.0.1 or later or iOS 12 or later. Older versions of the system may experience incomplete or incorrect operation. LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website).
   
   3. LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) as a web application, it runs on computers and mobile devices with an installed and updated web browser.
   
   4. A natural person with full legal capacity who wants to use LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) in the form of a mobile application must first be installed LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) on your mobile device (smartphone or tablet).
   
   5. To install LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) in the form of a mobile application, please download LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) from the store available on your mobile device: Google Play (for Android devices) or App Store (for iOS devices).
   
   6. In order to register a User, it is necessary to provide an email address and a Password. Further data is completed or provided by the User as part of the use of the Website. LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website).
   
   7. In order to complete the Registration, it is necessary to read the Regulations and the Privacy Policy and accept their content.
   
   8. Download, installation and use LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) requires data transmission, which may involve fees charged by your internet service provider. Under no circumstances is the Administrator responsible for any fees charged by your internet service provider.
   
   9. After completing the required fields in the registration form and accepting the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, click the designated registration button. An email with an activation link will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Click this link to confirm your registration.
   
   10. After successful Registration, the natural person becomes a User and can log in to LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website), browse resources LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website), make Reservations and Orders, contact Service Providers, or edit your data.

 § 4 Rules of use LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website)

1. The user should familiarize themselves with the functionality LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) and be aware that he is using LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) at your own risk.
2. LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) enables Users to use system tools to make Reservations/Orders and contact regarding services – under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations.
3. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during Registration. If any changes occur, they should update it using their Account.
4. If the Administrator has reasonable concerns about the security of the Account, including unauthorized use of the Account by an unauthorized person, the Administrator may suspend the Account and request credible confirmation from the User of their identity or credible confirmation of authorization to access the Account.
5. The Administrator tries to provide the necessary assistance in using the LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website). To receive assistance, please contact the Administrator via the contact channels provided in LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website).
6. The Administrator has the right to make changes to the software, introduce additional services, remove services, and change the appearance LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website).
7. The Administrator informs that he reserves the right to temporarily deactivate LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) for maintenance, modification or improvement purposes LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website). In each such case, the Administrator will make every effort to perform these activities in a manner that is as least intrusive to Users as possible.

§ 5 Reservations/Orders

1. Within the framework LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) Reservations of services and orders for products offered by the Service Provider may be made.
2. The User receives a notification about the confirmation of the Reservation/Order – via LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) or SMS/e-mail messages.
3. The Service Provider may make the completion of a Reservation or Order conditional upon the User making a prepayment. Information regarding the prepayment requirement is included in LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) at the place where the User makes a Reservation or Order.
4. If the User is required to make a prepayment, the Service Provider shall inform the User, in accordance with the principles set out in point § 5.3, about the possibility of cancelling the Order or reservation and shall specify the rules for refunding the prepayment.
5. Placing a Reservation or Order creates a contract between the Service Provider and the User, the performance of which is governed by applicable law. The Service Provider bears all responsibility for the performance of the contract and compliance with the law.
6. A User who is a Consumer within the meaning of EU law has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Service Provider without giving any reason by canceling the Reservation within 14 days of making it, unless he/she has already used the Service. The User has the right to cancel the Reservation via LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) or otherwise, provided that the User uses the contact channels provided by the Service Provider. If the Service Provider reserves a Reservation for a given Service after payment of a prepayment, the Service Provider will retain the prepayment if the User does not change the date or cancel the Service within the period specified by the Service Provider in a visible place when making the Reservation.
7. The User who is a Consumer within the meaning of EU law has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Service Provider without giving any reason related to the purchase of products from the Service Provider by submitting an appropriate declaration via LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) or otherwise, provided that the User uses the contact channels provided by the Service Provider. In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, such contract is deemed null and void, and the parties must return all consideration provided to each other. If the Service Provider, pursuant to applicable law, excludes the right to withdraw from the contract without providing a reason, the User will be informed of this fact when placing the Order.
8. The User is obliged to make all payments directly to the Service Provider. If LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) provides a payment option, the User can use the option of making a payment via LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website). In such a case, payment for the Service will be collected from the User by an external institution handling online payments in order to process the payment order submitted by the User.

§ 6 Responsibility

1. The Service Provider is responsible for the quality and legality of the services offered, the content posted, and the accuracy and reliability of the information provided by the Service Provider. The Service Provider and the User are responsible for their legal capacity to fulfill the agreement. If you notice any violations, please inform the Administrator of the situation.
2. The Administrator does not interfere with or check the content posted on the website on a case-by-case basis. LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) by Users. The Administrator may only suspend or delete the Account upon receiving information about a violation of the Regulations.
3. The User agrees to comply with the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions and applicable law. In particular, it is prohibited to post content that violates the law or the rights of third parties.
4. In the event that the User places within the framework LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) content that is contrary to ethical principles, legal provisions or is intended to be misleading, the Administrator may suspend or delete the Account.
5. In the event of gross non-compliance with the rules set out in the Regulations, the Administrator shall immediately delete the Account.
6. The Administrator is not liable for the consequences of improper management of the Account by the User, in particular for the User disclosing the password and other security features necessary for Registration to third parties.
7. It is forbidden to use resources LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) for purposes other than those indicated in LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website).

§ 7 Complaints

2. Complaints related to the provision of services by electronic means will be considered immediately, no later than within 14 days.
3. The response to the complaint is sent to the User's e-mail address or in another manner provided by the User.
4. Complaints unrelated to the action LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website), in particular regarding the performance or non-performance of the Service by the Service Provider or the User, should be reported directly to that Service Provider or the User.

§ 8 Additional information

1. All content LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website), including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images are protected by copyright.
2. Use to any extent available within LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) materials requires the consent of the Administrator each time and may not violate the provisions of the Regulations and generally applicable law, as well as may not violate the interests of the Administrator.
3. In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
4. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions, of which the User will be notified no later than 14 days in advance of the changes coming into effect. Information about changes will be clearly communicated to Users by posting them on LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) or sending information about changes by e-mail.
5. The amended regulations are binding on the User if the User has been properly notified of the changes and has not terminated the contract for the provision of continuous electronic services within 30 days.
6. Changes to the regulations will not in any way violate the rights acquired by Users using the LDA Solutions sp. z o. o. (LotyWidokowe.Net website) before the date of entry into force of the changes.
7. A User who is a Consumer within the meaning of EU law may, in the event of a dispute with the Service Provider, use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures. The Consumer may, among other things:
